Markie Post is a noted American actor best known for her portrayals of public defender Christine Sullivan in NBCs sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels on ABCs drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBSs sitcom Hearts Afire. In addition to acting, she's also been part of several games series. As a child she grew up in Walnut Creek with her siblings and poem Marylee Post. She attended Las Lomas High School where she participated in cheerleading. Following a short stint at Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. Personally, Post was previously engaged to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross (actor/writer) has been Post's husband since 1982. The couple has two daughters. Post, a wonderful actress as well as an ideal mother and wife has set the standard for a lot of Hollywood actors.
