Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County, California. With my wonderful partner JP and my jolly father Henry. Many people recognize me as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my journey - from the highs and lows. When I was 1 1/2 years old My family and I immigrated from the United States to America. If not for the hard work of my parents, I may not exist today to share the journey with the world. My parents inspired me and helped me become successful. In my mind, I could see the path I wanted to take to live my life. Go to college and then graduate. Get married. Purchase a home. Create children. The lifestyle I had planned for me wasn't what it turned out to be. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that it difficult to accept my job. Even though the compensation and the status was great but I did not feel that it was fulfilling. In reality, I thought I was just doing nothing but wasting time. While I moved to a new path in life I began to discover the importance of personal training and that's my passion. I'm a sucker for fitness, and I love being around people and helping people. The business I started in the year 2014. My company is celebrating its seven-year anniversary this year. It's not common to see an Asian female in the business. My mission in this field is to create a more sustainable and healthier lifestyle that meets the needs of my clients. Additionally, I want to encourage individuals to follow their dreams and do whatever they would like to do in their life. When I began my professional profession, the loss of my mom was the most devastating blow to my life. She fought a long and arduous battle with Scleroderma and is resting in Heaven and with me in my mind and heart always. Life really does have a way with giving us precisely what we require, even if we're not able to grasp the lessons at this moment. My mother's abrupt death that altered my life for good. In my opinion, it gave me an opportunity at living a full and fulfilling life. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance I was given a second chance at living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. In my 30's, it is the first time I really feel that I'm alive. In sharing my story I hope my words will resonate with you. It is my wish that my words can help you realize that you're never alone. That you have the potential to accomplish anything that your heart desires. I wish you to live the life you want to live and to die with no regrets, as dying is the only thing promised to the people in our lives.
