Lynda Carter is an incredibly popular American actress, singer and model. Her most well-known role was in the role of Wonder Woman in a 1970s show on television with the same title. She has also appeared in various television shows and films in her long career, and has become a cult icon of pop culture. Lynda's lengthy career as an actress is further enhanced by performing and producing in a variety of highly-rated CBS television shows and some earned Emmy Award nominations. Her father is the owner of an industrial paper mill, and she is born of Italian descendance. Laura was raised in the town of Denville, New Jersey. She went to Morris Knolls High School and fell in love playing. After that, she went to an acting school at CarnegieMellon School of Drama at Pittsburgh and in 1984, she earned the Fine Arts degree. For her first job, Giacomo relocated to New York where she began acting in theatre productions, and received rave reviews for most of her performances.
