Alyssa Norman

Brockport was proud to have Norman, a multi-sport athlete. Norman was keyed for her outstanding performance as a soccer player at Brockport which was where she primarily played as a defensive player on the ball. As a defender she proved to be a masterful blocking player and in addition was skilled in making smart decisions with regards to interpreting the offensive strategies of teams that were not hers. In the case of the Lady Lakers, this freshman is a great asset in the 2012 season. She is a tenacious thinker and has the capability to perform at a high standard when it comes down to defense. That gives her a big advantage heading into her debut season with Finger Lakes. Her potential is likely to show this season since she's believed have the necessary tools for being an impact player at the next level. Norman is pursuing a degree in liberal arts and sciences.
